We want your IHealth products to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the information below so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (USA): 5‱0 business days after dispatch
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow additional time for international shipments.

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Important: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. IHealth has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a package is refused or rejected by customs, we are unable to issue a refund. Please research your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to our facility because it was not collected by the recipient, reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.

FedEx Deliveries

For orders shipped via FedEx: if a package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient (such as an incorrect address, missing phone number, or refusal to pay import duties), the shipment may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at support@ihealthofficial.com. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
